Step 1 of 5: USA Wrestling

First: USA Wrestling membership

Every wrestler needs one before the first practice. It's how the club's insurance covers your child.

What to buy: the Limited Folkstyle athlete membership, about $20. It runs through August 31 each year, so returning wrestlers renew it now.

    Create your free account

    Go to USAWMembership.com and choose Create Free Account. The parent creates the account.

    Add your wrestler

    Choose Manage, then Profiles. Create a new profile for your wrestler, or claim the one they already have.

    Buy the Limited Folkstyle membership

    Choose Manage, then Memberships, then Purchase / Renew. Select your wrestler and pick Limited Folkstyle.

    Affiliate with Seahawk Wrestling Club

    Choose Seahawk Wrestling Club as your club. This is what puts your wrestler under the club's insurance.

    Save the membership number

    Once it is active, copy your wrestler's USA Wrestling number. You will enter it in the next step here.
